The use of www.saneco.com website implies your full and entire acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These conditions may be modified or added to at any time, www.saneco.com’s website users are thus encouraged to check them regularly.

This site is available at all times for users. However, a suspension for technical maintenance can be undertaken by SANECO, which will use its best endeavors to inform in advance the users of the dates and times of such maintenance.

www.saneco.com’s website is regularly updated by Véronique DESRUE. Similarly the legal notices can be modified at any time: the user is encouraged to refer back to them to keep informed of these changes. These changes are imposed on the user.

  1. Description of the services provided

www.saneco.com website mission is to give information on all of the company’s activities.

SANECO will use its best endeavors to provide on its website www.saneco.com the most detailed information possible. However, SANECO will not be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the updates, either as a result of SANECO’s actions or of its partners supplying this information.

All information provided on www.saneco.com website is given as an indication, and may evolve. Information given on www.saneco.com is not exhaustive and modification to information after it is made available online is possible.

  1. Contractual limitations on technical data

The website uses JavaScript.

The website will not be held responsible for damages to property linked to using the site. In addition, the user commits to accessing the site with recent technology, virus free, and with an updated latest generation browser.

  1. Intellectual property and counterfeit

SANECO is the owner of the intellectual property and of the rights of use of all elements on the website, including texts, pictures, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

All reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or parts of the website, whatever the mean or the process used, is not allowed, except with a prior written authorisation from SANECO.

Unauthorised use of the site or of one of the elements contained in the site will be considered a counterfeit and will be prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code (“articles L.335-2 et suivants du Code de Propriété Intellectuelle”).

  1. Limitation of liability

SANECO will not be held responsible for direct and indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment, when accessing www.saneco.com’s website, resulting from the use of equipment not complying with the specifications of paragraph 4, or as a result of a bug or of an incompatibility.

SANECO will not be held responsible for indirect damages (for a market loss or loss of chance) following the use of www.saneco.com’s website.

Interactive functionalities (the possibility of asking questions in the contact menu) is available to users. SANECO retains the right to delete, without prior notice, any content uploaded on the platform, which could violate French regulations, especially data protection. If necessary, SANECO could decide to take legal action against a user, particularly in the event of a message, which would be racist, offensive, defaming, or pornographic, whatever the support used (Text, picture…).

  1. Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected specifically by Law n° 78-87 of 6th January 1978, Law n° 2004-801 of 6th August2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and by the European Union Directive of 24th October 1995 (« loi n° 78-87 du 6 janvier 1978, la loi n° 2004-801 du 6 août 2004, l’article L. 226-13 du Code pénal et la Directive Européenne du 24 octobre 1995 »).

In any case, SANECO only collects user personal data in relation with services provided on www.saneco.com. Users knowingly supply this information, in particular when filling out our forms. Users are, where necessary, informed of the requirement or not of supplying this information.

In accordance with articles 38 and following of the Data Protection Law 78-17 of 6th January 1978 (“loi 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés »), all users have the right to access, modify and oppose any personal data concerning them by way of a written and signed letter, with a signed copy of a proof of identity attached, as well as provision of a return address.

No user’s personal information is published, exchanged, transferred or sold to any third party without the user’s knowledge. Should SANECO be bought, the said information would be transferred to the new owner who would in turn be under the same obligation towards www.saneco.com’s users regarding data collection and modification.

The website is not registered with the French Board, which enforces law on data protection (“CNIL”) as it does not collect personal data.

Databases are protected by Law of 1st July 1998, implementing Directive 96/9 of 11th March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

www.saneco.com’s website contains a certain number of hyperlinks to other sites, done with SANECO’s consent. However, SANECO is not in a position to control these sites and therefore cannot be held accountable for their contents.

Any dispute arising from using www.saneco.com will be resolved under French Law. The Dunkerque jurisdiction has exclusive jurisdiction.
